She has led companies through turnarounds, major growth periods, and successful sale processes, including systems reengineering and helping drive nearly 200% revenue growth over six years at Colt Canada.

JoAnne combines strong financial analysis with a direct, practical style. She will support your vision, or help you build it, but she will not simply tell you what you want to hear—if the numbers indicate a problem, she will address it clearly and early, along with practical options for what to do next.
